Healing Touch Medical Solutions LLP believes in helping its customers as far as possible. The following are the guidelines set for cancellation of any order:
- If any patient claims for a refund prior to 24 hours of the appointment with the doctor, the same would be refunded to him / her within a period of 7 days of the claim. The client needs to send an email to helpdesk@careivfkolkata.com mentioning the order id / transaction reference number.
- In case the patient claims refund within 24 hours of the appointment, no amount would be refunded under any circumstances.
- However, a patient can opt for an alternate date of appointment which would be reconfirmed by the office team.
